So here’s what EQG!Cadence and EQG!Big Mac were up to at the wedding party!

[Dialogue Below the Cut]

Beginning of the Party (just after Honeycrisp runs off to explore):

Cadence: glances over to where Honey ran off, notices the pair of pink wings on her back Wings! Holy shit! I have wings! Quick! Someone show me how to fly!

Big Mac: Darlin’ y’ve never had those before, maybe you shouldn’-

Cadence: runs off to find the nearest Pegasus

Big Mac: glances up at the sky … Please, Lord, don’t let my wife learn how to fly… runs after her and distracts her with conversation and wine for a while

Middle of the Party (…After that awkward five minutes of small talk with Princess Cadence and Shining Armor AND the obligatory husband/horseband comparison from Princess Cadence and Dean Cadence):

Big Mac: relaxed and talking to Shining Armor now that Cadence has calmed down about the flying thing

Cadence: drinking wine, clearly tipsy Okay, s-so half of you talking horses ha- hiccup have wings, one of you’s can teach me how to wings! shotguns the last gulp of wine and pours another glass

Rainbow Dash (Prime): flies over to Cadence and laughs Heck yeah! C’mon! We’ll go right now!!

Cadence: Fuckin’ A! gulps the entire glass of wine and stumbles in a trot after Rainbow Dash

Big Mac: notices a second too late that Cadence ran off Cady? Cady NO!

Cadence: didn’t even hear him, but thanks to years of spousal telepathy, shouts back CADY YES!

End of the Party:

Big Mac: looking for Cadence Darlin’? Where are ya sweetheart, we hafta g- looks up … Oh my lord… no…

Cadence: visibly smashed and flying Wellllll… Helloooooo, Country Boy! W- hiccup what’s a right rugged thing like you doin’ at a fancy shindig like this? hiccup Lookin’ for a little trouble? Hm?

Big Mac: sweats Well… we’re fucked.

Cadence: bats eyelashes and smiles Yeah, about that… See, I learned how to fly and youuuuuu… points kinda at him though mostly at the ground because she’s got wine-goggles at this point … have one of two options… A.) Watch me fly all over the place w’my new wings… OR… 2.) You could fulfill my other curiosity about my new physique…

Big Mac: Blushes and gulps Ah already think ah know the answer but… what’s yr’ curiosity?

Cadence: Giggles and starts to fly in the direction of a secluded corner of the room Well, you’ll have to follow me to find out…

Sunset Shimmer: Snickers drunkenly Looks like you’re about to find out how the other side does it, and good luck with that!

Big Mac: Runs off after Cadence E-Eeyup!
