Magic allowed it to glide easily over the water, barely causing a ripple on the clear surface. Once the platform ceased its movements, the contestants steadied themselves as the water threatened to disrupt their balance. The cool pool liquid lapped at the walls of the platform and a subtle few waves broke the calm surface as sound resonated within the water. The crowd howled with excitement, deafening any minuscule splashing the floating dais caused. The arena was completely surrounded by stands, not a single seat had been left empty on this clear summer day.

“This will go exactly like last time,” Queen Chrysalis bared her glistening fangs, hungering for the love the adoring crowd spilled out. She licked her lips and craned her head to look over her gigantic onyx breasts to spy upon her foe. Princess Cadance, emboldened by the veiled threat, simply smiled in response. She straighten her postured and hefted her breasts up under folded arms. Her blonde gold bikini went taut, exposing the outline of her pleasant nipples from below the fabric and her purple eyes met the Changeling’s gaze.

“Oh please. You’re not reinforced with love like last time. Princess Cadance continued to provoke the throng of onlookers, receiving all the reverence a princess of love deserved. Her simple movements and gestures continued to rile up her foe, surely the waste of love would make the changeling more aggressive; too aggressive for her own good. The alicorn caught the look of the reference who motioned for positions. Without another word, she settled back into a battle mind set and faced the queen before her.

“Chrysalis has an easy advantage, she’s naturally taller and can get more leverage…”

“The raw strength of an alicorn can’t be underestimated here. Plus she’s bigger right?”

“I think they’re the same ratio wise, quick, someone do the math!”

“On their breast to body ratio!?” Similar concepts and theories dashed throughout the crowd. Words and arguments passing quickly along the stadium’s stands like wildfire among a dry summer forest. Soon the chatter was muted by the booming cheers from the crowd, rooting for whomever the victor may be. Conversation was halted for the time being, replaced by the fans attempting to out cheer the other rivals with their own voice.

“THE BETS HAVE BEEN PLACED! I HOPE YOU’RE ALL READY FOR A REAL HIGH-CLASS BOUT!” The loud speaker declared over the cheers of the audience. Ponies who had gambled on the victory of the Queen or Princess clutched their tickets tightly, hoping for a payout larger than the breasts of the royalty upon the floating platform. This was more than just entertainment or sport, this was a business for hundreds of ponies. A battle of the breasts, love versus love and monster against princess. Who would win over the other? A dozen burning questions on the minds of millions that would be answered within seconds.

“GO!” The referee boomed over everything, his voice magically enhanced to momentarily silence the crowd. Without hesitation, both contestants left their starting position and charged towards one another. Their hooves slammed down against the platform, pushing forward but finding no purchase or give. Princess Cadance and Queen Chrysalis’ legs slipped back a few inches as their breasts pushed tight against one another. While Queen Chrysalis did indeed have the height and leverage advantage over her foe, Princess Cadance’s raw alicorn strength was nothing to scoff at. If anything, the princess had gained a single inch lead against her foe, pushing the onyx breasts back ever so slightly. Neither pair of eyes left one another, glaring at the other with the fullest intent of victory. Queen Chrysalis shifted her torso slightly, trying to pushed her breasts upwards and on top of the pink pair in front of her but Cadance held strong. She pushed further in against the Changeling, locking the onyx breast between hers. She bent her knees and lifted one hoof, slamming it down as Princess Cadance took a single but important step forward. The platform shook and water splashed outwards, threatening to throw the balance of either contestant off yet they both remained strong. The crowd roared, louder than ever as Queen Chrysalis found herself pushed a single but vital step backwards. Their nipples peaked out against their bikinis, pushing against one another’s breasts as though they were two spear heads trying to edge into enemy territory. Queen Chrysalis grit her teeth, unless she came up with a plan, she was going to lose.

“Not so mighty when you don’t have your strength augmented by love huh?” Princess Cadance taunted, a sly but confident grin formed upon her lips. Queen Chrysalis growled but stayed silent, focusing all her energy to maintain her footing. Her hooves tried to dig into the smooth flooring but found not purchase, inch by inch she was pushed closer to the water. She had one chance to steal victory, and the moment Princess Cadance took another step forward was the time to strike. Her dark green eyes watched for any clues of motion and found it none too late. Princess Cadence elevated her shoulder ever so slightly, the one hint that her weight had shifted onto a singular hoof. Now!

Suddenly Princess Cadance was blinded by a burst of green flame, she stumbled forward and found that she had no support! Her firm and humongous pink breasts lost their footholds and swung heavily forward because they were no longer pressed up against anything. Princess Cadance found herself falling to the ground and unable to reclaim her battle stance. Her purple eyes shrunk in shock, searching for a clue as to what happened but her brain didn’t have enough time to realize what occurred. Her vision suddenly went black and all her momentum was thrown back at her, like a powerful upper cut counter to the jaw. Her breasts were flung backwards back at her with tremendous force and all their weight pushed against her chest. With no footing or support, Princess Cadance found herself flying backwards towards the water behind her. Defeat was an impossibility here! Not again! She defiantly reached outwards towards the sickly green sling bikini she instinctual knew was close at hand and tried to grab. Much to her disappointment however, Princess Cadence found a fistful of onyx breast flesh instead. It wasn’t enough to hold onto, her hand slipped away from expanding onyx wall and the princess of love crashed into the water. Queen Chrysalis grinned, her plan had successfully made quick work of the princess. She had shape shifted twice within a three second period, the first form change dramatically shrunk her breasts to the size of mosquito bites. This caused all of Princess Cadance’s weight to lunge forward and her defenses left completely exposed. Then, as soon as she had been able, Queen Chrysalis quickly shape shifted again in order to expanded her breasts beyond their normally maximum size. Her onyx breasts had smashed into Princess Cadance and there was no chance for a counter attack; victory had been secured.

“Better luck next time,” Queen Chrysalis gave Princess Cadance a cocky smirk. Her own sling bikini groaned, straining from the sudden expansion but held true. Her breasts were now tightly packed between the straps making, what was once perfect spheres, into a squashed oval. Princess Cadance sighed and brushed her wet hair aside, she looked at the victor and climbed back onto the platform. Water dripped from her body, nipple still erect from their combat, Princess Cadance adjusted the shoulder strap of her bikini back into place. It had slipped out of position and almost threatened to exposure her nipple to the roaring crowd. Cheers and jeers filled the stadium now that the battle was complete. Ponies ran off to collect their gambling spoils while other tore their tickets like it was a cursed piece of paper.

“Good battle,” Princess Cadance offered the changeling a congratulatory handshake. The Queen took it, still grinning triumphantly and gave her foe a firm handshake.
