Born from a pegasus mother and nuclear pony dad, she is able to manifest particles and nuclear radiation, controlling them to do her bidding. She dislikes the use of magic and believes that there is a scientific way to everything. She lives in canterlot within her own laboratory, keeping to herself as her body decays radiation from the surrounding area which can hurt and even kill other ponies by giving them radiation sickness. If she’s in a bad mood she can convert the background radiation into her own and can vaporise enemies if enough radiation is around. However Hella is too lazy to actually convert that much radiation to cause something similar to a nuclear explosion so she just walks away. Even though as a scientist she is very intelligent, her common sense lacks and she’s usually seen forgetting beakers or equipment
