The horned emperor was feared for many things, including his terrifying temper. If his minions or allies got on his nerves, they would get a serious earful from him, and then some worse. All creatures, great and small, knew he was the most feared evil ever. Even Discord knew about this when he posed as Grogar to use Equestria’s remaining villains as part of his plan to help boost Twilight’s confidence. An egregiously evil emperor Grogar was.

Grogar’s returned. I worked on this a month or two ago. I planned on making him full-bodied, but I couldn’t make it work. So this will have to do. I’m pretty sure many of you missed The Emperor of All He Saw. I’ll get back to making more vectors of him, even after our next nightmare come true happens this coming week.
