Sunset grabbed Starlight, her lip pulled up in a mock snarl.

“You cannot defeat me, oh Great and Wonderful Sunburst! I am too powerful! Mwahaha!” Sunset picked Starlight up easily and put her on top of the box that their dad had something delivered in yesterday. “She’s mine now!”

“You lie sorcerer! I am not Great and Wonderful!” Sunburst pulled back in a stance that only meant he was about to leap in the air and land on both of the fillies.

Sunset stood up straight from her hunched stance. “Wait, Sunny, I thought you were the Great and Wonderful Sunburst and I was Dr. Evil.”

Sunburst was frozen in his stance, the same smug look on his face. He leapt.

“I am not The Great and Wonderful! I am The Great and Powerful!”

He landed on both of them, squashing the box in the process and causing the three of them to erupt into fits of laughter that sprung tears.

Since both of Sunset and Sunburst’s parent’s were busy with their jobs (an interior designer and a meteorologist) a lot, Sunset was always stuck watching Sunburst and that little neighbor filly he always hung around, Starlight. Where most siblings would be horrified at having to watch their little sibling every day for their whole LIFE, Sunset was ecstatic. Not only did she get to play with her fun and awesome baby brother, but having Starlight there meant she could be the (very willing) damsel in distress for Sunburst to save. It made playtime much more fun.

Sunset did do her own makeup, she’s very proud of it and she’s wearing her bedroom curtain as a cloak

Starlight is wearing part of her halloween costume from last Halloween (she dressed up as a princess zombie)
