Meet Antoine the Python (very fitting name by the way if you know what I mean ;)). He looks like the serpentine head of the Chimera. But I digress. This constrictor was quite a little too ambitious on his target prey – Muriel the elephant calf. He would’ve literally exploded if he actually ate her. I would know since the invasive Burmese pythons in Florida get too carried away swallowing huge alligators down their gullets. He’s better off eating cookies instead… or at least some animal smaller than a baby elephant.

Compared to the cobras, this serpent was easy to make. Maybe I would push my luck and my patience, but I wish this constrictor had a pattern similar to today’s species. Of course if he did, it would be quite the challenge for me. At least then he wouldn’t blend in too much for us find him.
