I chose Delcatty mainly because its evolutionary method (Moon Stone) was in line with the talent of Rarity. In the choice of Milotic also had to see the method of evolution (Beauty), but it was also in reference to Steven Magnet, the sea serpent which Rarity helped in the beginning of the series.
