This guy’s suppose to be Lucifer, the fallen angel popularly believed to be the ruler of Hell in Abrahamic mythology.
I felt I could’ve done this better. Frankly, I just used pony creator and created a pony based on Shin Megami Tensei’s Helel design with a cape, made the cutie mark be the sigil of Lucifer (which you can’t see due to the cape) and added the cliche power glow effects in myself in a paint program.
