Second child of Twilight Sparkle and Tempest Shadow - Lance Virtue is a soldier, warrior and skilled lance-pony and shield wielder. She picked up the art of the defensive at a young age and found that her destiny was to be in the military, protecting those who could not do so themselves. A serious mare, Lance commands the utmost respect just with her presence and aura, and has the qualities of an amazing leader.
Taught directly by her uncle, Shining Armor, Lance Virtue is becoming a fine soldier indeed.
Relationships:
Twilight Sparkle: Lance is the only child Twilight doesn’t really “get”. They’ve always been different and kind of awkward together, even though both mares love each other very much. They just...didn't sync. The soldier was a very stoic kid and sometimes would straight up not answer her mother.
Tempest Shadow: Both mares are military ponies and they are close because of this. Tempest seems to understand her daughter more than Lance Virtue knows herself sometimes… Her mother is one of the few ponies Lance talks to quite a bit on topics that don’t always involve combat.
Poetic Justice: The two respect each other. They don’t really talk about anything besides diplomatic goings, what is the current news and what workout routines they did that day. Lance Virtue is trying to break the ice into something past cool politeness but she doesn’t know how… She sees the relationships her friends have with their siblings and she wants that.
Divine Legend: Lance is very, very protective of her little sister. Their personalities are different but they are very close. She even lets Divine dress her up in silly dresses.
Shining Armor: A stallion Lance looks up to, Shining Armor taught her the ways of shield bearing and magic. He is her uncle and Lance adores him and is very thankful that he is in her life.
Hijack: The draconequus is a royal so therefore it is Lance’s job to look after her at times, though rare. Lance is a bit wary of Hijack but she sees that she means no harm.
Rajani: Lance has the pleasure to not work with the other draconequus princess. Their interactions were minimal as per Lance standing her ground towards Rajani when they were younger and the draconequus being kind of scared of her. The mare would prefer it stayed that way.
Midnight’s Kiss: Lance Virgue thinks fondly of the dark stallion; they used to sit quietly and read all sorts of weird books Twilight Sparkle had stashed in her room as kids. Midnight is an older cousin but their age gap didn’t seem to matter. They were friends and still are.
Pomegranate Love: The cousin Lance is not as close to...Lance remembers him dressing her up and doing her makeup as a foal and she hated it, but she let him do it anyways. Pomegranate seemed to get what he wanted and dusting her eyelids with dusky eyeshadow was no different.
Daisy: The pegasus being the daughter of the prestigious general Flash Sentry the two girls did see each other quite a bit growing up. Daisy didn’t have a lot of friends due to her inclination to be snobby but she had a soft spot for Lance...letting her guard down for only her. Maybe it was because they were both daughters of military figures or something else.

Magically gifted unicorn with a sweet smile - though she is a bit air-headed and naive. A true child of the Sparkle line Divine seeks to find the truth of fairness, life and Equestria. Her magic is astonishingly powerful and she can control it very well despite her age.
Though she is cute she likes more macabre things like spiders, demons and ghosts. Has a talent for mind control, hallucinations and other sort-of-illegal spells. Divine Legend doesn’t really care for princess duties and prefers to travel and discover things.
She is a school aged filly who studies beneath Celestia, like her mother did.
Relationships:
Twilight Sparkle: The two are very close and Twilight is proud of her little unicorn. Divine Legend struggles with making friends and is seen with Twilight a lot. Though Divine Legend likes telling her mom stuff she would never utter a word about what she does behind closed doors at night…
Shadow Tempest: Divine feels that Tempest is too demanding of her - she believes they have nothing in common. Tempest wants her youngest to be more confident and demanding like her other children but Divine prefers to be on the sidelines or to walk a barely trekked trail. It’s just that Tempest believes her daughter is destined for greatness and she won’t find it inside a cave full of iridescent bats.
Lance Virtue: Her older sister is the pony Divine usually runs to whenever something goes wrong. When she was a little foal she would always hide behind Lance’s legs. Lance didn't ask stupid questions or pester her over boring princess duties. The hardened unicorn seems to love the way her little sister was.
Poetic Justice: Brother Justine is the coolest stallion ever! ...though he’s the only one she really knows well. Divine Legend isn’t good with boys but her older brother is the exception. He’s also one of the few ponies who will sit and watch horror movies with her and he buys her comics!
Spike: Dragons are so cool! Even though Spike is not as serious as those in the Dragonlands he is still pretty awesome. He seems to be one of the few creatures to get her, and he isn’t even a pony.
Celestia: The alicorn is one of Divine's favorite ponies! Maybe one day she will be a beautiful alicorn....
Bash: Daughter of Spike, the girls grew up together. Bash is a pony and dragon hybrid that is Divine’s bestest friend in the world! The girls are both very smart kids and playing pretend was their favorite pastime when they were smaller. They hope to be adventure partners one day, like Daring Do!
Foxtrot: Youngest daughter of Pinkie Pie’s many kids, Foxtrot is Divine’s newest friend. The small filly is very quiet but she has sort of an understanding with both Bash and Divine. Divine finds Foxtrot very easy to read and she doesn’t get why others don’t.
Poetic Justice’s sisters!! They also changed a lot in terms of their designs. Like I mentioned before their dad was Fancy Pants before but now they have two moms, lol.
Okay, so I actually struggled a lot with Lance’s colors? I wasn’t sure on whether to make her purple, blue or whatever. I really like this color for her. None of her parents have orange eyes but it matches her personality a lot more since she’s totally the Lionheart kind of character. She has a deep connection to lions and other big cats.
Divine...tsk. I’ve never been good at writing kids but I think she’s fine. She’s just an adventurous filly who can’t talk to boys, lol. She’s super powerful but her control is amazing for her age. I really am digging her new colors now even though her old ones were nice too.
