Applejack and Applebloom had long since lost a sense of time and place within their prison and for much of their experience even lost a sense of themselves.

The pleasure-gas was merciless in its effectiveness to focus down both their worlds to only their soles and toes. No longer where they tickled by endless sweeps of a laser beam. Now the plush tracks of fine fur and skin that where their soles where pressed upon by smooth vibrating bulbs that exploited every inch of their hypersensitive feet.

The gas made the pleasure more pleasurable and a sense of time a distant concept. Magic seemed to be in play around them as they always felt comfortably weak and exhausted but never enough to need to eat or sleep, almost as if they had an Alicorn's stamina.

There was now only moaning, gasping, arching, and pleading into the masks that held firmly onto their muzzles.

Their unknown captors seemed content on their containment of the two and would come to check up on them once every few hours outside of the prison, which related to days within it due to more strange time dilation magic.

The two could only squirm together and accept their new, strange fate until someone came to rescue them.

And How long would that take?
