Art trade with ~MintyCandy@FurAffinity, who seemed fond of the picture depicting how Equestria's Lightning is Produced and wanted me to draw another similar picture.

The lesson of the story is: Remember to count how many objects you're being asked to produce and consider how much effort each takes in sum before accepting an exchange.

No longer burdened with the trials of the Wonderbolt Academy, Rainbow Dash and Lightning Dust take up an opportunity to fulfill some small scale freelance weather work. Puzzled by her partner's unorthodox method for charging a cloud for a thunder storm (What about the water? Can't be a storm without rain!) she expresses her concern. After all, last time she conceded risk to Lightning Dust, there was some serious collateral damage.

And just like last time, Lightning is concerned about pushing to the absolute limit.
