here be some gals. i am a strong believer that they should have different cutie marks and talents. my hcs about the cmcs and what they grow up to be completely diverges from cannon and are listed below.

Apple Bloom (she/her, cis, bisexual)
-largest of the cmcs but is still dwarfed by her siblings
-has pretty bad anemia and is coddled by her family by this. she has fainting spells on occasion and cannot perform farm duties because of this
-is married to twist, and has one daughter with her, pink lady. pink lady is a wheelchair user
-is the founder of the Equestrian Disability League, and works with disabled creatures to make the world a better place for herself and her child.
-special talent is creating fertilizers and plant food for apple trees, she learned this from zecora and got her cutie mark last

Sweetie Belle (she/her, cis, femme lesbian)
-slim and very traditionally beautiful, something that lead her family to thinking she would grow up to be a model
-has a slight magical disability, and struggles to conduct magic in her horn. as shes grown up her magic has gotten stronger
-is married to scootaloo, and they have and adopted son, bright sky. Bright sky is a pegasus zony
-special talent is singing, specifically singing for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. got her cm first, and is a professional singer

Scootaloo (she/they, nonbinary, butch lesbian)
-small and chunky, like a pitbull.
-is unable to conduct magic through her wings due to their stunted growth. her inability to conduct magic means she cannot fly properly and lift her body off the ground. this is a congenital thing and cannot be helped.
-is married to sweetie belle, and they have their adopted son, bright sky.
-special talent is making mobility aids for disabled ponies, like her scooter, and later pink ladies wheelchair. she gets her cm second and owns a special shop to sell her inventions.
