I don’t think I’ve made it clear the timeline of The Root. Each post isn’t really linear but rather I’m picking and choosing from all over what I see as important. So I will be darting back and forth but I will be putting it in chronological order in a folder.

Flurry Heart was born during the outbreak, under the safety of the Crystal Empire. Twilight hasn’t seen her family since the beginning, refusing their offer of satay within the Empire to protect as many ponies as she could. But when Flurry Heart starts sending letters and Ponyville becomes more volatile, not a day goes by that she regrets her decision…

I love Grandpa and Grandma
Grandpa is suuuuuper smart and kind and cool
He teachs me aboot stars
Grandma is also super smart
She is a politiscian
I don’t see her as much but she always makes yummy cookies
( Don’t tell daddy pleeease! )
