Hey everyone,

As mentioned in my journal post earlier today, I did manage to get enough time to do a little bit of content for you, and it was the turn that eccentric and cute telepathic empath known as Vibe Check yet again.

Whereas most of the alumni of Celestia’s School for Gifted Unicorns tend to choose more mainstream disciplines of magic like telekinesis or pyrokinesis, Vibe Check chose the incredibly demanding telepathy discipline as extra credit after mastering the telekinetic school.

She is well aware of the level of magical power she possesses, and she is frankly frightened of her own potential, hoping never to use her magic unfettered- especially if it is using spells of the telepathy discipline.

She is more than adept in reading minds, whether it is a lower level ability wherein she can get a general idea of intentions and basic feelings, or in the fully powered mind reading spell, which instantly dumps all the feelings and memories of the target onto the spell user.

This latter ability is, understandably an incredibly exhausting, disturbing, and distressing spell for Vibe Check to use, often leaving her unconscious from the mental shock of taking on all of that information so rapidly. The fact that she has an eidetic memory and can never forget any of the information, well, it doesn't really help matters either.

Because of this, she will not use the fully developed telepathy spell for any reason unless ordered directly by multiple Princesses.

So, thus, Vibe Check quietly works in an office as a senior administrator, spending her days keeping both the filing and her colleagues organised efficiently, keeping everypony focused, boosting morale, and of course- hoping she never gets called upon to cast THAT one spell...

(Oh, and she has an equivalent of the "Pinkie Sense" for when some miscreant messes with her filing cabinets.Dont worry, she doesnt get angry, but with a soft smile, she will explain in depth how best to file stuff correctly and in an efficient and timely manner. )
