Backstory: Many years ago, Miss AnnaBelle owned a doll that looked exactly like ChenaBelle. A pandemic broke out, and Miss AnnaBelle was sadly a victim of it. In order to cope with this loss, Miss AnnaBelle's parents tried to transfer her soul into the doll, only to discover that they instead transferred a demon disguised as AnnaBelle's spirit, which resulted in their deaths. For the next 23 years, ChenaBelle went by her owner's name, until she started lusting after Nathan Chen, all while secretly killing other ponies who were in love with him. When in "doll-mode," she was given to a new owner: Darby, after winning a carnival game. ChenaBelle was a source of comfort for Darby whenever she was hurt or upset and had no one to talk to. However, Darby began to suspect that something was awry about the doll. None of her friends liked ChenaBelle very much due to her creepy nature, and in some cases, ChenaBelle would make demeaning comments about Darby's Nathan Chen obsession. Darby even noticed that there was "fanfiction" of Nathan and Mariah Bell ever since she owned the doll. The final straw happened when ChenaBelle came to life in front of Darby, triggering her panic attack. ChenaBelle attempted to kill Darby while also taunting her with the fact that she was aware of her Nathan Chen obsession the entire time, but Darby fought back in the form of Death Wish, resulting in ChenaBelle's death.

After a demonic summoning performed by Stella, they wouldn't get along with each other and would argue via knife fights. However, those fights soon turned romantic, and ChenaBelle ended up getting a makeover by Stella.

Since ChenaBelle and Stella both share a love of Nathan Chen and a hatred of Darby, they vow to come back for revenge, no matter what happens. ChenaBelle is also responsible for the ChenBell Curse and can transfer the souls of evil ponies into innocent ones, making them evil.

Since I'm working on my MLP horror AU, I decided to give ChenaBelle a new design. It's not much, but at least the change makes me happy.
