Description:
Seadogs are an amphibious cousin species to Diamond Dogs, canines with fish-like features and the ability to breathe underwater.
They don't have a homeland. Rather, their entire society is on ships. A single ship is akin to a town, with the Captain as its Mayor, and a fleet is a nation, with the Commodore as its regent.
Purser is the current Commodore, and her flagship is an enchanted Man O' War called the Maelstrom.
Seadogs live symbiotically with Kelpies, who are the ones who enchant their vessels to be capable of submerging and travelling beneath the waves, ala the Flying Dutchman in the Pirates of the Caribbean films.
