So what we have here is the Pony Con Holland Mascot "Stroopwafeltje" Being unable to open his parachute. But when all seems lost, out of nowhere this interstellar being named "Galaxy Brain" comes to the rescue (While tearing through the fabric of space and time in the sky).

Galaxy Brain was the winner of the design a space pony OC challenge a while back. Now he is on full display in this illustration. His hobbies include randomly showing up to save the day and snorting space dust.
