Plot:

Taking place during the episode Marks for Effort, Twilight accuses the Cutie Mark Crusaders (Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo) of making Cozy Glow fail her test and bans them from her School of Friendship. This anger the three fillies who then lash out at the mare and Scootaloo even saying she wished Twilight would drop dead. No sooner had she said that, the building blows up! Thankfully Twilight, Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo survive the explosion, but sadly the School of Friendship is destroyed beyond repair and most of the students are killed. Princess Celestia concludes that there has been a bombing and warns everypony that there is a mad bomber on the loose. Special camera are brought to keep an eye out for any suspicious. Windy Whistles (Rainbow and Scootaloo's mother) challenges the everypony to a video contest to see who can make the most interesting video. Everypony goes off to do, with the threat of a mad bomber very much on their thoughts. All the while Cozy takes her anger out on several others saying that the school shouldn't have been been destroyed as she should be the best student of the year, but of course, no pony takes her BS. This leads to Cozy making plans... Two weeks later, a storm rolls in and Twilight and the CMC have recovered. Sadly, Twilight is feeling depressed as the three fillies are giving her the cold shoulder since they hadn't forgotten her wrongly accusing them for something they even do. Inside Twilight's castle, everypony have a short movie night to see each other's videos. Everypony all show their videos, but when it is Scootaloo' turn, Nyx notices a bomb in the town square! Scootaloo bravely volunteers to run it out with her scooter, carrying the bomb in her trailer. However, while racing along, Scootaloo's scooter loses a wheel which causes she to skid out of control into Cozy Glow's house, leading to the building going up in a fireball! While unfortunately Cozy Glow was killed in the explosion, Scootaloo thankfully survives. After she recovers and everypony congratulate her for her brave actions. Twilight then makes amends with the little orange filly and the rest of the Crusaders. Meanwhile, the mad bomber is caught and arrested.

The events of Season 8-9 (With the exception of The Washouts and Best Gift Ever) and Rainbow Roadtrip are not canon.

Scootaloo gets adopted get Bow Hothoof and Windy Whistles after her original parents and two aunts pass away.
