Commission for someone on Deviant Art. Basically, they wanted Rarity in this outfit , and for Rainbow dash to come along and put her in a bag.
I had it happen during a Halloween party because the reference photo I posted above looks sort of like a 1950s-esque costume if you squint. So, there you go. (Apologies for being totally out of season) .
