Twilight’s mini-speech is a mildly re-worded quote from the late Captain Edward J. Smith, the captain of the Titanic.
He walked into the Marconi (radio) room, and told the operators Jack Phillips and Harold Bride;
“Men, abandon your cabin. You have done your duty.“
Both operators made it to a lifeboat, but Phillips died from his exposure to the cold.
Captain Smith was last seen in the wheel house.
