The ponies of Ponyville believe in the philosophy of "it takes a village to raise a child," often quite literally. Once a foal is old enough to walk on their own, it's common to offer them the entire village to explore, and all of its inhabitants to interact with. As long as they stay near at least one adult at all times, they're free to play with essentially whoever they want to. It's pretty common for foals to end up being taught a myriad of subjects before ever stepping hoof into the school, due to all the ponies that they regularly speak to. But most of all, given the pro-sex culture of Equestria as a whole, sex tends to be the most common activity between foals and the older ponies.

Here we see an example of Thunderlane, mid-break from his current task of keeping the skies clear of stray clouds. He had prepared his favorite, slightly-too-small panties as a sweat trap, wearing them throughout the hot summer morning. It hadn't been long before he felt dampness between his hind legs, and it was easy to tell that he would be giving somepony quite the treat today. The Cake Twins, Ponyville's current youngest residents, just happened to be the lucky winners. With only a little prompting, Thunderlane offered his musk-heavy crotch for the baby twins, and they dove in with no hesitation. He relished both the attention he was given, as well as the little sniffs and licks that they gave him. Meanwhile, the twins drowned their noses in his sweaty aroma, indulging their every sense in pure arousal.

Unfortunately, Thunderlane was only offered a set amount of time in his break, before it was back to work. However, given his prior rush to clear his section of the sky, he figured that it'd be fine to take his time for the rest of his shift. Thus, with some well-practiced balancing, he decided to give the Cakes both a tour of the sky and a demonstration of his job at once. They could simply continue their playing once he finished.
