Twilight was always proud of what she and her friends achieved, even if everyone has been overly busy lately...She still keeps contact and updates. However, as time goes on, Twilight took notice of her and friend's weakening connections with the elements of harmony...She wasn't too worried..Till she looked at the statue of Trio of villians they've turned to stone....But then again her and Discord are more than enough to handle it...Her thoughts drifted off to the arguments of her and Snow Shine's they've had earlier in the day.

Twilight excitedly had suggested Snow Shine continue her studies in magic. Her and Luster Dawn were both her personal students. Snow was talented in magic much like herself and Luster Dawn, however...Snow never showed a compassion to magic...When she was young and got her cutie mark, she was over the moon excited she could join her best friend and her mother in such studies.. But as Snow Shine grew older. She's grown colder and closed off. Even ignoring Luster Dawn...

Which in turned caused Luster Dawn to question friendship, Twilight managed to show Luster a better light of friendship, but Snow still refuses to acknowledge any of the friends she's made over time...She seems to have no interests...She spends time with her father and her siblings but for some reason...Snow never wants to talk about magic anymore or even try new spells...She barely levitates anything unless she needs to.

Discord's only response is that it's just a phase..And maybe it is..But Twilight is still concerned for their daughter...Caught deep into her thoughts, Twilight doesn't notice when two pink alicorns enter the room. After a couple of minutes of going unnoticed, Cadence clears her throat to catch her attention.

Twilight looks up a bit caught off guard before a big smile appears on her face.

Twilight: Cadence! Flurry, it's been so long! Is it only you two?

Cadence gives a small smile

Cadence: Yes, Shining is busy with the newborns and the others have training they're up to. Flurry managed to finish her studies early so she joined me for a visit...

Flurry: Hi Aunt Twilight!

Twilight gave a smile back though, it was clearly a bit more forced. And Cadence took notice to it.

Cadence: Is it Snow?

Twilight sighed looking down a bit

Twilight: She worries me a bit..I mean, she's talented and smart, but she refuses to put herself out there, I know she's scared after that whole. Incident...But it was a long time ago and her magic is much more stable than it was..

Cadence nodded in understanding

Cadence: I understand your worries, but keep in mind what happened to her was scary for her, she was young and her magic was still growing, yes, but that does carry on with you...

Twilight let out another sigh and nodded

Twilight: I know, and she has gotten therapy for it...But, it didn't help she just..Shut down. I..I'm lost, Cadence and I don't know what to do..

Cadence was silent for a moment, before her gaze wandered upon one of the stain glasses, it was the one of Twilight and her friends defeating Nightmare Moon. A small smile graced her lips.

Cadence: If I recall correctly, when you were closed off from ponies, didn't Celestia send you to ponyville?

Twilight stared at her for a minute, before nodding.

Twilight: I understand what you're trying to refer to..But wouldn't it seem like I'm just sending her away? I don't want her to feel unwanted..

Cadence quickly her shook her head clearing up the misunderstanding.

Cadence: No, no. You're not sending her away for yourself. Ponyville is getting ready for a celebration, if I recall correctly it's a celebration for you and your friends.

Twilight blinked,once, then twice before gasping a bit.

Twilight: Oh-Oh no! I was suppose to be over seeing the preperations!

Twilight wings suddenly popped out nearly smacking Flurry in the face, thankfully the smaller alicorn managed to see said outburst coming and moved out of the way. As Twilight's pacing started up again.

Twilight: Ohh I've been so distracted by alot of other things I completely forgot about this celebration! Oh this is not good! It's only a couple days away! Why haven't my friends sent me a message or anything?!

Cadence placed a hoof onto Twilight's chest to stop the pacing.

Cadence: Breath, Twilight. Let me continue.

Twilight stared at her for a minute before taking a deep breath and listening to Cadence.

Cadence: Okay, not that you're listening...And since you're so busy here.. Why not send Snow Shine in your place?

Twilight thought for a moment. Before shifting in her place.

Twilight: I..I'm not sure about that one, Snow's never done anything like that before- any it may be bit too much...She's only been to ponyville when Discord's gone to visit Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie... She'd be going on her own for a couple days..

Candence: Why not have Spilke's daughter go with him? He did say she was still training to be in his position...Twilight, I know you're hesitant. But this is good for her, and you...Just think on it, talk to Discord, I promise he'll agree with me.

Twilight stared for a moment...

Twilight: Alright, you're right.. I'll discuss with Discord and we'll go from there...Thank you, Cadence. I appreciate the help..

The three exchanged their goodbyes and then Twilight was alone.

Twilight took her time to stare at the stain glass of her adventures with her friends, they were scary at time but they were her best memories too... She stared at the first one, the one of her and her friends defeating nightmare moon and bringing Luna back.

"...Is...Is this what you felt?" She asked herself, she knew Celestia wouldn't hear her...She was settled in ponyville with her new family..But..She was certainly felt very sure on a choice.. She quickly walked off to find her husband to discuss...Then she'll get the preparations ready.

I haven't written in so long but I wanted to finally get this first bit out there! Cadence's design isn't final just yet- but I'll experiment with it a bit more.
