Twilight could immediately see that his date went well due to Chrysalis' lipstick marked onto his face. It was such a good idea to reform Chrysalis after she found out that Jeffery liked her more when she wasn't transformed than when she was disguised as Rarity. Who knows how much their relationship will improve?

So, this takes place before Jeffery gets sent a spicy pic from his favorite changeling queen! I'm making side story posts now because I gotta rewatch Equestria Girls and Rainbow Rocks again so that I can understand the human version of the ponies.
