Hey! Before I get onto my mini headcanon notes, just wanted to say a few things (:

First up, I wanted to apologize for my absence. I've been going through a few things, none of which are necessarily bad at all. I did bruise my eye pretty badly this past week which has resulted in terrible headaches and ugly swelling, though ;-; It's a lot better now, and I finally got an eye exam! My vision got so bad out of nowhere, and for the first time, I'll be needing glasses.

All of my stuff is pretty much figured out, I've just had some very busy days. I'd like to open up a few commission slots too, and give a huge thank you to everyone for your patience in my disappearance <3

Also, thank you so much for 200 watchers! :'D I just noticed as I logged on, and that was such a pleasant treat <3 It means a ton to me and I can't express my gratitude enough! :D

Annnnd finally, onto the notes and such :3

• Starlight would probably have a huge crush on her best friend Twilight. There would definitely be much tension between the two, and Twilight often has to keep herself together. Starlight's a big tease and a huge flirt- she's never afraid to speak her mind or drop some not-so-subtle signs, and that takes Twi off guard every time.

• Ponies are pretty touchy-feely and unafraid to express their emotions through physical contact. For Starlight... that's an understatement. Maybe she's still adjusting to social cues, or maybe she's just that big of a flirt- but she really does go all out. And in so many ways, too. This goes to the extent of preening. Pegasi and alicorns tend to preen their own feathers, but very rarely allow those they trust to do it for them. It's a very personal, intimate thing, and while Starlight often starts cleaning the princess without invitation, Twilight never protests.

• At the end of the day, the two are tight besties, but they've always shared an unspoken love for each other.

Just a few quick things! I tried some new things with this drawing. Experimented more with a cartoony style similar to the show, and I decided on coloring the lines instead of making them black like I usually do. Also tried some slightly new shading. (: I had fun working on this over the past few days! Starlight's and Twi's relationship is probably one of my favorites of the show <3

And yes I made up the word "galaxial" just cuz

It's Twi's turn to be surprised (:< Did Ember plot this up with Starlight? Hmm... maybe. Maybe she did.
