Detailed description:
The perineal raphe is a visible line or ridge of tissue that extends
from the anus through the perineum. It is found in both males and
females, and arises from the fusion of the urogenital folds during fetal
developmental.
It’s a human thing, ponies do not actually have them in real life but
they’re sometimes added anyway, for aesthetic/familiarity purposes or
just to make things more interesting I guess.
