Description:
Here's my new Sodor Fallout AU called "If Sodor Fallout Took Place During The Mean 6". I decided to add all the TTTE characters introduced from Seasons 1 to 21 (except the international engines and the JBS newbies) for this. In addition, I will have all the characters introduced in the model era (Seasons 1-12) survive. And yes, this will become a fanfic in the future.
In it, the day before the blast at Brendam, Twilight Sparkle and her friends had a massive fallout due to them mistaking Queen Chrysalis' clones of them (who were mistreating and insulting them) for each other. Twilight, feeling angry and betrayed and thinking that her friends don't want her anymore, goes off to Sodor to cool down, but is kidnapped by Bash and Dash and gets taken to Misty Island, where P.T. Boomer and Queen Chrysalis experiment on her, turning the alicorn into The Beast.

Pinkie then sees what Twilight has become and tries to apologize to her for accusing her, but that doesn't work. Pinkie manages to escape, but not before one of the henchmen injects her, causing another face to grow on the back of her head, which takes the role of Fireface. Pinkie gets back to Tidmouth and takes Toby's role from there, except she kills herself by shooting herself with a gun)
Toby - James (except he doesn't take his anger out on the survivors at Knapford and stays with them at Wellsworth, so he doesn't go to Suddery or get mutated)
Applejack - James (she still takes her anger out on the survivors at Knapford, but the reason for doing so is different)

Boomer, angered over Chrysalis taking over his plan, decides to make a new one that involves mind-controlling the first engine he finds; Stepney just so happened to be that engine, and ends up becoming a killer; later, his mind-control is undone and he becomes an emotional wreck who nearly commits suicide over what Boomer made him do against his will. Though ??? was able to save him before he kills herself from his guilt, and the Bluebell Engine is pardoned of everything he did)

Notes:
Spencer only appears in the first chapter and both endings. This is because during the events of the story, he was away at the National Railway Museum, attending a gala.
The blast never reaches Equestria, so everypony else is completely unharmed.
In both endings, after the final battle, Twilight's ghost shows up along with the ghosts of Pinkie, Starlight, and Trixie. And the Mane 7 all apologize to each other for their accusations during their camping trip.
In the alternate ending, after Twilight and her friends apologize to each other, Lady and Proteus use their magic to bring everyone back to life and have everything back to normal at the end, though they are unable to bring everyone back, as the only ones who aren't brought back to life are Queen Chrysalis, P.T. Boomer, the henchmen, Bash, Dash, Ferdinand, and Luke.
